This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as a user of the Site (hereinafter defined as you, your, User or Seller, as the case may be) and Support Masters

This is the Privacy Policy governing your use of the Support Masters (a “Site”) and the collection, use, transfer and processing of your Collected Information by Supportmasters.net and our affiliates (collectively referred to as “Supportmasters.net “, “we” or “us”). By using this Site, you consent to our Privacy Policy set out below. All terms not defined in this document have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use Agreement between you and which by use of this Site you agree to accept.

Acceptance The Use Of Support Masters Terms and Conditions 

Your access to and use of Support Masters is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1 The Website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
2 To the extent permitted by law, Support Masters will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
3 Supportmasters.net makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Supportmasters.net personal injury as a result of the negligence of Supportmasters.net or that of its employees or agents.

Minimum Programming Levels.Supportmasters.net reserves the right to require and/or change minimum programming requirements at any time. For example BAN/REMOVE/CHANGE , and without limitation, Supportmasters.net may require a minimum commitment term.

Payment Information:.Supportmasters.net will share your Payment Information with banks relevant to the transaction in order to enable transactions to be completed. In addition, Supportmasters.net may use Payment Information to determine your credit-worthiness and, in the process of such determination, Supportmasters.net may make such Payment Information available to banks or credit agencies. While Supportmasters.net has in place up-to-date technology and internal procedures to guard your Payment Information against intruders, there is no guarantee that such technology or procedure can eliminate all of the risks of theft, loss or misuse. Supportmasters.net shall not be liable to you or any other person for any damages that might result from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure or any other misuse of Payment Information, including credit card information.

Where possible, we will work with You and/or any user selling on our website, to resolve any disputes arising from your purchase.

On this Terms and Conditions, the usage of “Service Provider” shall represent to Supportmasters (hereby Supportmasters)

1. Purpose of the Agreement

Service provider agrees to provide DevOps As A service, Helpdesk Support, Server Management, Server migration and SSL installation etc. in  accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined or agreed upon in the proposed agreement with the customer.

2. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The service provider is agreed to provide services and support to customer in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the proposed agreement.
  • Depending on the priority level assigned, issues will be addressed accordingly. Priority levels range from P1 (highest) to P4 (lowest), with a decrease in priority as the level increases.

3. Data protection

  • The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that it shall not access, use, or process any personal data of the Customer without the explicit request or consent from the Customer.
  • Service provider monitor the malicious content through immunify360 to ensure customer data protection.
  • Ensure that all personnel who have access to and/or process Personal Data are obliged to keep the Personal Data confidential; and not transfer any Personal Data to third-party unless the prior written consent of the Customer.

4. Service Provider’s obligations

  • The Service Provider undertakes that the Services will be provided in accordance and in compliance with the Documentation and with all skill and care in accordance with Good Industry Practice.
  • The Service Provider shall maintain in full force at all times an effective disaster recovery and business continuity plan in relation to this Agreement to continually provide the Services to the Customer without any interruption or disruption to the delivery of and/or use of the Services.
  • Service provider shall take all reasonable steps not to introduce any Viruses or Known Vulnerabilities into the Customer’s network and information systems via the Services or Software or otherwise.
  • The Service Provider’s own internal costs shall be borne by the Service Provider

5. Third party Agreements Applicable:

When Customer acquires a third-party product or service through the service provider, Customer hereby consent to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated in the Agreement and those of the respective third-party product or service incorporated herein.

6. Confidentiality

  • Each party may be given access to Confidential Information from the other party in order to perform its obligations under this Agreement. A party’s Confidential Information shall not be deemed to include information that: is or becomes publicly known other than through any act or omission of the receiving party
  • The Service Provider acknowledges that the Customer Data is the Confidential Information of the Customer.
  • Each party shall hold the other’s Confidential Information in confidence and not make the other’s Confidential Information available to any third party, or use the other’s Confidential Information for any purpose other than the implementation of the Agreement.

7. Terms of Payment

  • Service provider has the full authority to terminate the service if the customer fails to pay the amount in proposed date.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend the account if the customer fails to make full payment by the proposed date. If the payment is not received within 24 hours, the account may be subject to termination
  • Customer agrees to pay the amount in advance with all the taxes applicable for the selected service.
  • Any third-party costs incurred by the Service Provider shall be borne by the Customer.
  • Payments and Billing

          • Rates and Prices. You acknowledge that the nature of the service furnished and the rates and charges have been communicated to you. You are aware that Supportmasters.net reserves the right to change the rates and charges specified in “Other Fees”.
          • Payments. You agree to pay Supportmasters.net at the time you order. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable, with the exceptions outlined in the section below, even if your services are suspended, terminated, or transferred prior to the end of the term of service. Supportmasters.net expressly reserves the right to modify pricing through email notification and/or notice on its website.
          • Refunds. We don’t offer refund you can buy 24 hours for testing purpose before you buy.
            We do not accept Refund for any Issue can come in future with device breakdown, Internet connections bad.
            However, Customer may request a refund within 24 hours of the purchase date upon written notice or email to  info@supportmasters.net and before the real setup and / or configuration of his server

8. Cancellation

  • Customer has the right to cancel the services, but they must inform the service provider before 24 hours through email.
  • Either service provider or customer notifies the other party that it wishes to terminate the agreement, in writing, at least 24 hours before the end of the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period, in which case this Agreement shall terminate upon the expiry of the applicable Initial Subscription Term or Renewal Period; or otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
